TGPEL uses Mitutoyo CNC CMM to measure plastic as well as tooled up components. It is very easy to use with joystick box which helps to increase the measurement efficiency. It has a resolution of 0.01 micron with scanner attachment and this attachment can help to do reverse engineering.
We can inspect all kind of components with the instruments which are capable to measure upto 1 micron. Our quality facility equipped with Video measuring machine, Profile projector with magnifications 10X, 50X and 100X from BATI SM 24 UK, Universal measuring machine SIP MU 214B, Switzerland, Trimos V-3 Height master from Switzerland, Mitutoyo Tool Maker’s microscopes etc.
We have roughness testers; push pull testers, torque tester and leak testing facilities for various customer specific requirements.
